Terms & Conditions

Draft for KidVenture to review. Highlighted items need confirming before the website launches.

These terms apply to KidVenture programmes, including the Saturday Winter Programme. By submitting an application, you agree to them.

1. Applications and places

• Submitting an application does not secure a place.
• After we receive your application, we email you the payment details, the amount due and your payment reference.
• Your child's place is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
• Places are limited. To confirm: how places are allocated when groups are full, for example in the order payments are confirmed, and whether there is a waiting list.

2. Fees and payment

• Payment is by bank transfer only. We never take card payments on this website, and we never ask for bank details by phone or message.
• Please use the payment reference we give you so we can match your payment.
• To confirm: payment deadline after an application, and what happens if payment isn't received in time.

3. Sessions

• Sessions run saturdays, 9:00am – 11:00am, at the venue you choose on the application form. Paola and Ħamrun are separate groups.
• Children are grouped by age: Minis (3–5) and Juniors (6–10).
• To confirm: whether KidVenture may change activities, coaches, times or venues, and how much notice parents receive.

4. Drop-off and collection

To confirm: drop-off and collection arrangements, who may collect a child, and what happens if a parent is late.

5. Health, safety and wellbeing

• Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs, and let us know if anything changes.
• Children should wear comfortable sports clothes and trainers, and bring a water bottle.
• To confirm: what happens if a child is unwell or injured during a session.

6. Behaviour

To confirm: KidVenture's expectations for behaviour and how concerns are handled.

7. Photos and videos

We only share photos or videos of children whose parents have given permission on the application form. You can change your choice at any time by contacting us.

9. Your information

We handle all personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
